Can't say enough about Dr. Crone. I had breast cancer and Dr. Crone was my rock. I have been her patient for more than 15 years and I don't have a single complaint She has always listened and found and fixed the problem. Very caring doctor.

Our family is EXTREMELY PLEASED with Dr. Crone! She listens. She explains. She questions. She's professional but very personally interested in the welfare of her patients.

She's nice, and has a good bedside manner. But not knowledgeable on medicine. Never explains what medicine does (what it will do, Side effects, effectiveness, etc). Doesn't explain lab results or other results from tests done. Wish she explained things better. Everytime, she asks me if I'm diabetic because I'm on a medicine for a different reason, so not too knowledgeable on patients if not remember in patient information. I'm sorry about the low rating, but it's worrisome to have someone tell you everything's fine when reading your blood work level is higher than the highest acceptable number (mychart).

She's nice and listens; however, she doesn't always listen to everything (perhaps selective listening). I've had to remind her why I wanted to be seen and what concerns I've had recently. I think maybe she could educate herself more than 15 minutes looking over a medical record before seeing a patient. I needed a mammogram and went to Baptist Health Floyd, but I wanted to change where I had my mammogram done (not as attentive or kind as they should have been) , but she wouldn't change it.

My Husband and I have been patients of Dr Crone's for a number of years. She is a Great Doctor very Caring and Helpful. . She was referred to me by a Friend and I have been quick to refer her to Friends.

We were assigned to Dr. Crone by our insurance. Tried to get an appt and the soonest she was available was 5 months out! My son had a head injury and went to Urgent Care. The physician ordered a CT, but our insurance wouldn't pay for it unless it was ordered by our PCM. The urgent care doc tried to get her to order it and she (her office) refused.
