Rude, Uncaring, Unprofessional
This is the rudest doctor I have ever come across. She speaks over you and then down to you, does not listen and is quick to push meds instead of actively seeking the problem. I’ve been reading reviews on this doctor- not just on this site- how does someone with her ill-manners and uncaring attitude still have a license to supposedly help people?

Dr. Dawson does a wonderful job of asking questions to gain a complete understanding of what is going on. She always is very thorough in evaluating symptoms and explaining treatment options that would best suit me. She helps me understand why some medicines are different than others in regards to side effects and the way in which they work. Additionally, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. In summary, I have found Dr. Dawson to be very kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

Does not listen. Does not assist during crisis. Does not answer in a timely manner if at all. And her “nurse” argued with me on the care I needed. I am a psych nurse, I know what’s the appropriate care.

She does not care about her patients! My mother sees her. Dr. Dawson has continuously rescheduled her appts. The last reason they gaveto reschedule was because Dr. Dawson had a terrible headache! I tried to talk to her about my mom's condition. She just dismissed me even though my mom signed a release that she speak to me! My mother is confused and can't tell her what we see! So, how can she really help her! Beyond angry!!
