Dr. Angela Duckworth, MD

I saw dr duckworth for a vision issue.Great evaluation.Later she consulted with experts and included specialists for further care.Called me before she went home with all the info i needed.More than expected.Thankyou.

Dr. Duckworth was extremely concerned & was extremely caring & helpful in explaining my condition...she was available during my ER visit to keep me updated on the next procedure...Dr. Duckworth is definitely a shining example of what makes an incredible caring doctor.

Dr. Duckworth felt like the blessing from heaven I prayed for when my 4 year old daughter fell on tile floor resulting on a face laceration needing stitches. She was incredibly caring and patient, so personable and genuinely friendly. After evaluating and clearly stating options she took the time to establish rapport with my little one. Explained to her what was going to happen in simple, calming words before doing the procedure. She went the extra mile and drew a girl's face with a booboo just like hers on a blue inflated physician's glove. The results were unbelievable. My daughter got to trust her and do everything doctor asked her to do. She wasn't even nervous or scared anymore. She actually talked and smiled through the entire time Dr. Ducworth was stitching her chin and at the end thanked her for being so nice and making her better. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor to take care of my baby girl. She's definitely a very special doctor and person. I'm eternally grateful.

While I was in the ER, Dr. Duckworth provided me with her undivided attention to my rather unique medical situation. She answered all my questions in an understandable manner, was on the phone for hours attempting to secure medical transport and even consulted after hours with my (out of network) primary physician. Her knowledge and manner gave me confidence and hope in a very scary circumstance.

Visited Cape Canaveral ER yesterday and it was actually a wonderful, even ENJOYABLE experience. Dr. Duckworth was so friendly, so thorough, so SMART, and I had the best work up that I have ever had in 59 years! I was quite uneasy about going to the ER bc of covid, crowds, a little PTSD from previous ER experiences in the county- but I had to go in bc I had pneumonia that didn’t get better at home and I was so sick with fever. I was so relieved and happy when I walked in with my husband- the staff were great, they gave us a room with a sliding glass door and great ventilation and the Olympics were on the TV! Sam, Casey, the CT gals, professional and kind, all. I had so many tests, but everything ran so smoothly- with good humor and constant updates from Dr. Duckworth- she is so intelligent- time flew by. It just went so SMOOTHLY, and that is such a wonderful feeling when you are really sick and scared. Time flew by- my husband and I agreed it was a good day at the ER! Thanks, CCH!

Dr. Duckworth in my estimation is a liability to the communities and facilities she serves. It would seem to me a competent physician would not make a patient become more ill nor would they make egregious charting errors. I cannot endorse this physician and hope she does not harm anyone else.

Impeccable bed side manner. The most caring and intelligent doctor to ever grace CCH.
