After seeing at least two other doctors with an ongoing problem, Dr. Frates correctly diagnosed my condition and I have had no problems since then. She has been my G.I. specialist for six years. I have ongoing intestinal and esophagus problems which she also oversees. Dr. Frates listens which is very important to me. She is very caring and follows up, which is unusual with my experiences concerning other doctors.
