Dr. Kim was the lead doctor for my case while in North Shore University Hospital last week with a recurring ankle infection. It was largely thanks to her presence, her concern and her manner that I felt as though I was receiving the best possible care. She provided detailed explanations about the thought process going into my diagnosis and treatment, was extremely happy to answer questions, and clearly seemed to be on top of my case.

Worst doctor visit ever. Rude, arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional. didn't listen, was annoyed i had alot to say and actually stated, " You know they only booked you for a half hour appointment, right?" In the end, she offered no testing, no exam, no diagnosis and no help. A total waste of time that was more upsetting than anything.
