Usually I am called in to see the doctor within about 7-10 minutes, however I was waiting for 45 minutes before being called into the exam room then I waited another 10 minutes before actually being seen by the doctor.

She's very friendly but always wears a mask and is hard to listen to sometimes. Since I am elderly now I do rely on reading lips occasionally. IF I can't see the lips, I can't always understand what she's saying to me. Not sure she understands this.

I am so glat that Dr. Long-Prentice is my primary care doctor. We have had her be our doctor since 2011 and we would never change. She is so talented, caring, kind, and knowledgeable! She has always been wonderful and compassionate and concerned about everything we need to ask her about. She is wonderful.
