Worst experience of my life. She spends almost no time listening to you, no matter what you say. She demonstrates no interest in helping people that I’m shocked she dedicated herself to becoming a doctor. She treats you as if you’re wasting her time. If you need a doctor do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Just wants to get you in and out!
I've been a victim of hers for 3 years, and I despise going for visits, but have to so I can get prescription refills. She does nothing but update your meds and send you on your way. She has no interest in your health concerns, or discussing options. I have had a hernia for over a year, and she hasn't even looked at the MRI to refer me to a specialist, and I can't see a specialist without her referral. She keeps telling me we'll take care of it later, even though I am in constant pain. I have been stuck with her by Tricare, as no other doctors in the area are available. I can't believe the military healthcare system has dropped to this level of care.

Worst Experience Ever!!!
Absolutely worst experience with a doctor in my 43 years of living. Her attitude and approach to taking care of a patient was a definite turn-off. She lacked empathy and active listening skills. It seems to me, she was simply checking the box. I wish to never have her serve me again.

Rude. Just rude. No bedside manner at all. I cannot believe the Army has her as a provider for Soldiers and family members. This looks like an ongoing problem since 2013!

She seriously misdiagnosed my illness--could have been fatal had it not been my going to the emergency room after my condition worsened.

Overall, a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Love. She has absolutely no 'bedside manner' and has little patience for questions and children. One of the rudest healthcare providers I have encountered.
