Dr. Angela Mount, DO

Dr Mount is one on a level all her own. She checks off all the boxes. I am very satisfied with the care my family receives from her. When she enters the room she has done her research and is up on the patients needs and wants.

I am a senior and have seen many doctors in my life time. Also I am a retired nurse and have worked wirh many doctors and what I can tell you that Dr. Mount is so knowledgeable, and compassionate. She is the best doctor that I have ever had.

Dr Mount has always taken the time needed to get to any problems that I have. She is personable and caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a family doctor.

I really like Dr. Mount. She is a wonderful and caring professional. But I do have issues with some of the staff. Like another review, I've had appoints cancelled for no good reason and without notice. Once I had parked to go in and got cancelled. That's a problem for me since I live 25 miles out of town, but that's not Dr. Mounts problem. She's very helpful and nice. And I've already recommended her to my friends and family.

I have been seeing Dr Mount for a while. She is great & has been accurate. She educates, I get callbacks & on more than one occasion, I've gotten emergency short notice appointments ... I respect Dr Mount very highly & so appreciate her taking consistant care of my needs so quickly.

I haven't felt better with any other doctor! Dr. Mount has diagnosed many of many physical conditions and she has been able to help me become more mobile. My biggest issue is the scheduling staff. My appointments get cancelled the day of and when I mention it to doctor Mount she becomes frustrated because she was never notified of the cancelled time thinking that it was I that did a no show. I truly fell that the Asante group made many mistakes, overloading her and limiting her time with each.

At first, Dr. Mount sounds like she knows a lot, but it's really a lot of self promotion. She hasn't been in practice long and she's not board-certified in family practice. Her treatment is slipshod and she's way too hard to get into see, and doesn't take care of her practice in terms of leaving patients without call backs, test results, or follow up.

Doctor Mount is a nice intelligent Doctor, if you actually make it in to see her. She's very busy, and isn't the type of doctor that cares for her patients enough to return calls when there is an emergency. I think there needs to be a level of trust and care between a patient and a doctor, and that I didn't find in doctor Mount. It's always nice to feel like your in good hands, not just someone's paycheck.

I have never had a problem with Dr.Mount and she has diagnosed more of my health concerns and put me at easy more than any other doctor I have seen. She is extremely helpful in finding more natural ways to remedy my ails, but also understanding when medication is the best form to help.
