Never Again!
I informed Dr. Pap about a family member having a form of arthritis that is hereditary. She disregarded me, told me I was young and I'm fine. This was even after I explained I have joint pain. Well, I have arthritis and I'm being referred to a specialist by a new doctor. I guess being young didn't prevent it after all. She should focus less on trying to put people on antidepressants when they actually have a medical issue.

Amazing Doctor for sure, she listens to everything I have to say and has provided me with the best care I have ever received. I also have a few coworks that go to her as well, they all love her.

Never! Highly disappointed in your manners, your absolute rude behavior which includes Grace- your assistant. If noone else puts you in line - I will. You do not listen to your patient's needs or care about anything else but rushing out of the room to meet your quota. Not you nor Grace deserve to be in the medical field.

Very hurried when meeting with you. Her medical assistant is rude and somewhat condescending. Would not recommend. I always feel like she doesn't really want to hear what I the patient has to say, rushes through a questions.

If I could give her a negative 5 I would. She does NOT listen to the care facility health care provider, never directly speaks to family member in charge of healthcare , absolutely never listens with concern to patient's complaint of extreme "tightness" feeling in abdomen , never examined elderly aunt on exam table to palpate the abdomen which anyone with NO medical training could immediately feel a very hard, large mass. Now: liver failure, suffering, no relief, no help. Avoid this MD period.
