Good Doctor pitiful office scheduler
Had appointment 2/13/24 at 8 am , scheduled a week and half ago, supposed to be there by 7:45 for paperwork. Pulled into parking lot as I get call from scheduler lady inside, not opened up yet. She tells me they cannot see me as I'm a new patient! I told her I just drove 18 miles one way, took off from work, and she just calls me now? while I drive up??? I have all the evidence of appt. for this morning! I told her I could do her paperwork in 5 minutes and see Crystal the assistant. They owe me money for Gas and time off from work. Her excuse was she was out on surgery leave and the fill in lady made a mistake! I told her that's Not my problem. I went to them years ago and had a scheduled appt on my cell for 10 am. got there at 15 till and they told me my appointment was missed , that it was at 9am not 10. I opened up my cell message to show her and she refused to look. And wanted to charge me for a office visit!!!! What a PITIFUL way to treat patients with Arthritis! never going back

My 83 uear old mom has had to wait almost hour to see Dr. Today she was 5 minutes late and rude receptionist told her she was 11 minutes and had to reschedule. Really do you know how hard it is fir mom to get ready get in and out of car. She can barely walk with walker and then get told she has to reschedule. Shame on this office for treating elderly with zero respect

I waited back in the waiting room for over 40 minutes before she finally showed up. Very frustrating when you are early for your appointment, and they take you back on time. No one came back to check on me or anything after the initial question and answer session with the nurse. Very poor service.

I had an appointment and wasn’t informed that her practice had moved. When I arrived at the present location 12 minutes late I was told she would not see me. I live 45 minutes away and I asked why I wasn’t informed I was told they mailed out letters. I did not receive a letter nor was I told when I made the appointment that her practiced had moved since my last visits with her. A simply task for her staff to have made mention of that fact when I set the appointment. I would never recommend

Dr Pham is a nice lady. It is NEXT TO IMPOSSSIBLE to reach an office person during normal business hours! I’m not sure the Drs have any idea that their patients are in need of medical help and three days later I’m trying to get someone by the name of Kayla to return my call.

I have not ever made a complaint about the service received at a doctors office, but all that changed today. The service at this office was so poor I didn't even stay through my appointment. It started with the front desk & the office manager. He was very rude & argumentative with patience.

She diagnosed me with no X-ray, exam or other test. I presented with a shortness of breath, cough and fever. She came in the door saying "you have asthma." Gave me steroids and inhaler. I did not have asthma I had a really bad case of bronchitis and ended up in the ER two days later with heart rate of 130-150 caused from the steroid

I have seen Dr Pham many times and she has been very attentive at each visit. She answers all questions thoroughly and precisely. Dr Pham is difficult to get a new patient appointment with but works diligently to work you in through a cancellation list. She is worth the wait! I see her for arthritis and autoimmune issues.

I've only seen her twice as she's a new rheumatologist & just recently started seeing patients with autoimmune/rheumatological needs. She was very caring, very upbeat & helpful! She answered my questions that I had unlike my previous rheumatologist. Dr. Pham was extremely thorough with the blood work & in explaining it. However, I'm not pleased with the front office person (appointment lady) who won't seem to call me back now that I'm miserable & need a follow up.
