Kind and loving. Great with my autistic child! Just found out she is leaving. This is a big loss!

Dr Richmond refused to send my child to a neurologist, she kept telling us his Jenkins was normal. We also asked about developmental delays which she ignored. We switched pediatricians my child was able to then see a neurologist and guess what he has epilepsy 30 to 40 seizures an hour and his delays are because he's autistic. Now he's doing much better and I will never see this woman again.

Dr. Richmond treated us very rudely at my child's last appointment. She called my son a "salty" little kid because he was a little crany from not feeling well, and when I asked about sending him for sensory testing (that his councilor recommend) she said she had no idea what I was talking about and just walked out of the room. We will not be going back to her.

My children are teenagers now. We have seen Dr. Richmond for over 12 years. She has always been professional, friendly, and caring. She has had children of her own and speaks from experience as a mother and a doctor. She listens. She takes time with the patients. Now...her nurses could be a little friendlier. They are experienced and know what they are doing but always seem a little "cold" and unfriendly. Maybe they are better with very children?

Dr. Richmond repeatedly told us our grandson was "fine" and not speech delayed. She also said using a humidifier at night would take care of a runny nose. Long story short, a neuro-psychologist diagnosed him with autism needing significant help. An ENT doctor put tubes in his ears and the runny nose disappeared. Dr. Richmond is not attentive to her patients' parents concerns for a child. When we asked for a consultation about the autism, she never acknowledged the request.

This office is a scam! Paid $129 for a 2 minute visit and was given a paid in full receipt. Then billed over a month later for additional costs that nobody can seem to explain! Dr. Richmond saw my daughter who has been suffering from tonsillitis for literally less than 2 minutes and prescribed amoxicillin. I told the Dr that amoxicillin is not effective on my daughter. We've been down this road before. She would not listen. THEY WILL BILL YOU FOR NO REASON. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I do not recommend Dr. Richmond. While her office is usually great at scheduling same day appointments when your child is sick, her incompetence as a doctor and lack of bedside manner make her a poor choice of care. She wrongly diagnosed several ear infections (the specialist recommended seeking a different pediatrician), never reviewed my daughter's file (had to change prescriptions 3 times because she didn't pay attention to her notes), and treated us poorly on a couple of visits.
