Bad Doctor
I took my 12 year old daughter with cerebral palsy to Dr. Sinner Begnaud. She laughed at my daughter's cerebral palsy in front of us. and stated that she refused to treat me daughter in front of us. I was so shocked at Dr. Sinner's Begnaud's mal treatment toward my daughter that I and my daughter left her office. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the University of Minnesota Health Clinic System, the American Medical Association, and the State of Minnesota Medical Board.
