Never followed up
I had a colonoscopy done at age 30 because of some issues I was having. Said he took biopsies and would call with results. Two weeks later I never heard back, so I called them and his nurse said it looked like I had colitis - so I assumed that meant nothing was wrong since she never said anything else? Fast forward to 3.5 years later I start having worse symptoms. I called and requested my colonoscopy results from 2020 and when I received them it said my biopsies showed I have ulcerative colitis and need to come back in in 3 weeks. WHAT!!! They never scheduled a follow up for me and I never heard from them again. Now my UC has spread to over half of my colon and I am having to have extensive treatment. If they wouldn’t have dropped the ball my quality of life would be much better right now. I will never recommend premier Gastro or Dr Coppola to anyone.

He is my bestest doctor! I have never had a dr ask me how I feel! Caught me off guard and still does! He has always been very reassuring and has always answered my questions. Haley has always called me back when I call and takes care of what needs to be done. They are both very appreciated! Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr Coppola since June of 2003. He has always listen to what I had to say and took the time to explain what he though needed to be done and why. I have never had more than a 15 minute wait for my appointment. His nurses have always been very polite and ready to answer any questions I may have had. Can not rate him high enough

Dr. Coppola's care, concern & bedside manner are unsurpassed in the age of shrinking reimbursements & decreasing FTF visit time in Healthcare. Vast GI knowledge, progressive treatment options, excellent delivery & a personal concern for each individual patient...priceless. Thanks Dr. C.

He and his staff worked around my schedule. They were all so nice and even the lady who checked me in was exceptionally nice. I really liked how Dr. Coppola answered our questions and was so patient with us. His assistant Caley was amazing. She helped me get my scripts before leaving the country. A+ Service

I've had a lot of stomach issues after the removal of my gallbladder. I saw him at the age of 22. He ordered a ton of tests, including a scope, blood work, a CT scan of my abdomen, and more. He said they would follow up with me after the test results came back. I basically got letters in the mail saying all the tests say nothing is wrong with me. No follow up.

Doesn't look at chart before seeing patient, asked me what my stomach tests (he ordered) showed, . Ordered duplicate lab which was previously ordered by another LRDC 2 weeks earlier for problem I've had for years. Doesn't explain tests when asked, just re-ordered test instead.
