Dr. Paola operated on my right kidney stone and didn't clean the stones. He turned the device upside down. The same night I had to go back to the hospital and I kept throwing up, my urine came out constantly and I had an unbearable pain. The next day after the surgery, another urologist operated on me, thank God.

Dr. Paola insisted on a procedure that I had several years ago with him, and I was not satisfied with the results or the way he performed it. When I called his office to request another type of procedure, I got a call back from an office staff person, not Dr. Paola, denying my request. The person also made a follow-up appointment for me that I did not request, making me believe that his office is more interested in another office visit instead of his patient's concerns.

Dr. Paola is outstanding. He "created" a procedure to help my husband by combining 2 different procedures to address his problem. The procedure worked beyond expectations. Dr. Paola's bedside manner is sympathetic and caring. Dr. Paola has also treated me for kidney stones - great doctor! Would highly recommend this Doctor and his staff.

Dr. Paola is one of the Top Urologists in all of Florida. He is extremely knowledgeable, has excellent clinical judgement, and extremely good in surgery. In addition, he is very well read and up to date on the current Urological literature as well as Urological techniques. I would recommend him to anyone.

The worst, most disrespectful and rude Doctor ever, if that can be call a doctor, he does not care for his patients he only cares about money and what bothers me the most is that most of his patients are elderly people, he maybe would do a better job working as a banker, he treats his staff with the same disrespecting way he does his patients, the medicine board should remove Angelo Paola from practicing Medicine.

Empathetic and kind doctor. I am completely content with his advice and genuine sincerity for the care and health of his patients. He even called to check on me during a weekend when he was on his day off to follow up with me and ensure I was doing well. I totally respect and trust Dr. Paola. He is equally patient and kind to the staff with whom he interacts.

Dr. Payola cares deeply about his patients. He takes the time to listen. When he makes a diagnosis, he explains it thoroughly and also takes the time to carefully explain treatment options and potential side effects of those treatments. He has a very calming, caring manner, and does a great job of putting his patients at ease. He does not overbook appointments, so there is little if any wait time to see him as long as you have an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Payola.

The Cysoscopy was one of the most painful procedures. They did not prep me with a local anastisia. His assistant did not prep correctly. The procedure was not explained to me before it was done. I could not urinate for days after this procedure with out excrutiating pain. During the procedure I told them I was in horrible pain. I would not recommend this Dr. I don't even think I needed this procedure at all.
