Dr. Chau is a great doctor! She takes the time to listen to your health concerns and discuss them as well as following up with issues. My appointment is always on time, the office staff is also considerate and friendly.

The office refuses to file our insurance visits to our insurance company, even though they were and agree they were a participant at that time. No matter how many times we contact them to correct this, and they agree to bill the insurance, they still send us bills from 2 years ago. Very much a headache
