No matter how good a doctor is, if dealing with office staff is confrontational and disrespectful. Don't expect to receive a smile or friendly treatment, as they don't seem to like the work they do. You must be working in a place where you feel comfortable and this is reflected in the way you treat the public. We are patient and deserve to be treated with kindness and courtesy, not with the face of a rabid dog and unvaccinated. I changed doctors because of the staff's lack of sensitivity in the way they treat themselves.
