I went in to North Adams Emergency Room having stroke Symptoms and Mr. Ponce said It could be Bell's Palsy and sent me home. While at home symptoms got worse. I went to BMC and was told I was having a stroke Mr. Ponce did not follow procedure by sending me home. His lack of knowledge and care caused me life long problems. Mr. Ponce did not giving proper care when symptoms first showed up and did not follow procedures set in place for people coming in with stroke symptoms. Avoid at any cost! Seei
