My mother is a resident in a nursing home and Dr. Murray took care of her via telemedicine. She had a fever and wasn't doing well. The nurses called to let me know they would be calling a telemedicine provider. As you can imagine, I was very concerned because I wanted her to see her regular doctor. That is until Dr. Murray called me herself. I have never had a physician explain every detail of the plan so clearly. She was also very comforting and compassionate about my worries and concerns.
