If I could give a zero or negative star rating I would! There is such a lack of communication and care that it’s a joke this is considered a Psychiatric facility.

This staff is so rude. Our appts were late afternoon and the office staff was always too busy trying to close to print me a receipt. I emailed and called many times trying to get a billing summary and it took more than five months for me to finally get the information I needed. I was 5-10 minutes late for an appt one day which I called them and the doctor beforehand to let them know that my daughters bus had been late getting home, there was a wreck, and it was raining., but that I was on my way and about 5 mins away. The front staff insisted that I needed to reschedule and pay a no show fee even though the doctor was willing to see me. This practice is all about the money! I left and haven’t regretted it at all! There are many other practices that are more caring than this place! Run away!

If I could leave zero stars I would! So rude and unprofessional! Not friendly and rude to my son! Try to overcharge us. Seriously I would not take my goldfish to see her! Never in my life have I been spoken so down too. Absolutely unacceptable!

Dr Wilson. Was just ok. Never gave my child information after filling out days of paperwork. Seemed to half listen. But the front desk was absolutely disgusting how rude and inconsiderate they treat EVERYONE!! I wouldn’t send my dog there!!

I would not recommend seeing Anika Wilson for psychiatry. She was not personable, cold, uncaring and showEd no interest in my needs and concerns at hand. I saw her for three years on the account of convenience with my relocation to hsv. Every appointment was less than 20 mins and my last time in her office she asked me how many sister I had....Again.... after three years. The office staff was rude and Annika pushed me into feeling like I had no control over MY mental health.

Very unapproachable, almost like we were inconveniencing her. Showed zero emotion. Definitely would not recommend. Especially for children.

Horrible practice, won’t return calls, very rude on the phone, like you’re putting them off. I posted something similar on google and they kicked me out the practice the next morning.

Rudest office staff I have ever encountered at a doctor's office. Poor service and lack of compassion. I cried when I left their office because of the way they treated me and my child.

Their office staff is rude and the practice will try to bleed you dry. They gave me mis-dated appointment cards TWICE while also not sending me appointment confirmation texts, then insisted I pay $130 or I couldn’t see the dr for my maintenance medications. They do not care about your wellbeing, avoid at all costs.

Our first appointment with Dr. Wilson I was not super pleased. She did not smile once the whole time. She was not friendly. I think maybe she was just having a bad day because since then, she’s been nicer. She isn’t a super warm and friendly type person but she does a good job prescribing meds for my son. I would prefer someone more personable, but there is a huge shortage oof child psychiatrists in the area!

Dr Wilson’s Office staff is friendly and answer my calls quickly. They were able to get my daughter in for a quick appointment and Dr Wilson was able to evaluate her and work with us to make a reasonable plan that was not just about medication.

Dr Wilson is amazing. She listens and wants to help you. She does not want to just prescribe medication but wants to find the right fit for you. I am so happy to have found Dr Wilson.

I would recommend a friend or family member to Dr. Wilson. She is very easy to talk to. She listens and really wants to help you get on the right track. Her staff is great!

Dr Wilson is knowledgeable, thorough, and creative with finding solutions and the correct mix of medications to treat my elementary school aged autistic child. She clearly explains pros and cons and offers options to me in deciding how to treat my child. She listens to how my child is responding to meds day to day and also offers suggestions for non-medication interventions. Our appointments never feel rushed. I can highly recommend Dr. Wilson.

Dr. Wilson has been a life saver! Having a daughter with severe anxiety and mood imbalances, I can't say enough about how she has helped my daughter. She listens to her and takes her feelings into consideration during their appointments.

Same thing ever appointment. Gives me medicine without addressing the problem. Doesn't seem to care, always about what she thinks is right.

I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for quite sometime and she is always friendly and invested in my treatment and how I am doing. She goes above and beyond to further my success and I couldn't do this without her. The office staff is friendly and always works with my hectic schedule to find me an appointment that is convenient for me.

The most bizarre doctor visit in my life! I brought in my daughter for ADD challenges for FIRST visit. Her receptionist was very kind. Dr Wilson however, didn't exhibit basic social skills (courtesies such as an introduction, hello, or goodbye). Didn't ask anything about our family dynamic. She seemed extremely irritated and condescending. Never smiled during the entire visit. Not at all personable. If you need help, how are you supposed to trust her sour personality? She needs help! Run away!

Wasted two and a half years with her. She seems flippant and is easily irritated. She dismisses patient's feelings and is difficult to talk to.
