Careless
Anytime I expressed certain issues/concerns I did not feel I was taken seriously. Often I felt there was focus on other things. I also had issues with my insurance claims being properly filed/coded. I was forced to pay for a visit they did not file correctly (10 months later) when I came in again, and I was forced to pay it before I could even be see. A total of $370. They have refused to fix their fault (not charging me the co pay for in network like my insurance has told them to do multiple times).

Patronizing. Sinister feel during visit. I'm about 70. The visit to this doc was a routine Internal Medicine they scheduled - a check up. However, unknown to me, this doctor (clinic) calls into my pharmacy prescription drugs without discussing any symptoms nor his intention to prescribe drugs. The pharmacy calls me to notify drugs waiting for me . That's how I find out. This not the first incident. First incident, I thought it was mistake but repeated incidences got me worried. Naturally, I declined the drugs at pharmacy. I'll need to check my Insurance for billings from this doc to insurance company. Sorry to say - can't trust.
