Dr. Anil Taneja, repeatedly voted a “best doc” practitioner at Kaiser Permanente, mid-Atlantic region, is an exemplary professional. He is not only a knowledgeable and experienced physician but also a compassionate, empathetic, respectful, courteous, and considerate individual. I have seen Dr. Taneja for a few years about my osteoarthritic knee, and my appointments with him consistently have been informative and productive. He has monitored my degenerating condition with sensitivity, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness. After unsuccessfully trying non-invasiveness treatments, we eventually concluded that total knee replacement was necessary. I look forward to my upcoming procedure and am confident that my operation and post-op care will continue the pattern of trust, professionalism, and skillfulness that Dr. Taneja consistently has demonstrated. I highly recommend him as both a physician and a healthcare partner.

Very happy with my results
Dr. Taneja has performed surgery on both of my knees - arthroscopic on one in 2022 to clean up the meniscus and a total knee replacement on the other in September 2023.At no time did I feel that he was unclear on the processes, nor on the probable outcome. Yes, arthritis from the former and pain and swelling from the latter.As with any professional, one must be ready and willing to ask questions and listen to the answers. The fault is with you if you fail to do so.When/if I decide to have my other knee replaced, I hope I can have it Dr Taneja do the work.

He leave me with no hope in him helping my sister with her health care. She suffers a lot in pain and now after falling she still is not getting help.
