Poor use of technology. The staff and doctor encourage use of their portal, but nothing is on it. For any paperwork, you must drive over to the office, no use of secure email. They insisted on a Covid test at their office for an ear infection, messed up labeling so the test could not be performed, didn't follow-up on the results, then did not accurately represent that the test had been mislabeled and could not be performed. We had to go get a rapid test elsewhere so that our child could get back in school. In addition, the doctor and staff were not friendly and provide little information relating to your visit.
