Always great experience

I saw Dr Bryan today, and she is all about patient care. She listens to your concerns. She is personable, and knowledgeable. Matter of fact everyone in the office that I have encountered to date have been friendly and provided premium service. Today especially, Amina(I believe she is the office manager) who checked me out after my visit with Dr Bryan made me feel like I made the best decision when choosing the doctors and this office for my health needs. She went above and beyond to accommodate me with getting seen to have some test performed, and I appreciate her for that. Today’s visit was the best experience I’ve had in a doctors office ever!! No complaints from start to finish. Keep up the great work guys!

She’s experienced, courteous and professional, always there to greet you with a beautiful smile even on what may seem stressful days; most importantly though, she listens and treats her patients like family. She often ask about one’s overall well-being and when necessary makes great suggestion to alleviate negative situations. Absolutely great physician, I trust her so much that as soon as my own teenage son is eligible for her care, I will be suggesting to him...her care and expertise as she already treats him like family too on visits. She has been my PCP for the last 6 years and she’s the best in my team of health care providers. Thank you Dr. Bryan for everything you do for me.

Extremely disorganized office, no one calls you back including Dr. Bryan. You call the office just to be holding for long period of times to speak to someone to leave a message for the doctor to call you back. Practice manager at biscayne office is extremely rude as well as her staff . Horrible experience will take my business somewhere else

Dr Bryan is very smart and patient, a good listener, very good at diagnosing a medical problem. At my age (85) I am getting the best treatment available.

Dr. Bryan is very professional and knowledgeable although her bedside manner lacks the warmth I prefer in medical professionals. However, some of her staff members are extremely hostile and lack common courtesy when handling patient concerns. I recommend her but with reservations as I will not be returning.

Worst experience I have ever had. This is is a follow up for me, and my last visit here. Very unfriendly front office, disrespectful to my personal time. Rude, I strongly suggest you not to waste your time here.

Dr Bryan is just wonderful and her Biscayne office is very friendly and helpful

Dr. Bryan is attentive, honest, and knowledgeable. She helped me at a time when I was feeling vulnerable and having trouble navigating healthcare needs. I'd been having issues that were being misdiagnosed or not taken seriously. In one appointment, I described my symptoms, she gave her best guess, sent me for testing and was right on the money! The entire team is great and I'm especially happy to be in her care. I highly recommend her as a PCP.

Although Dr. Bryan herself is nice and competent, the office staff is very poor. I called to get lab results and left numerous messages but never received any response or results. Then as I am arriving my for scheduled appointment, they called and cancelled for no good reason other than wanting to leave early. As a physician I hope my office staff would never treat patients this way.

She was a nice enough doctor, but I will never go back to see her again. I had a lot of serious symptoms that I don't feel were addressed. She checked me for lumps and had me do blood work but another doctor I went to referred me to go get scans. Dr. Bryan didn't write me any prescriptions. I will like to thank the office staff though because my appt wasn't booked but they saw me anyway. Make sure to call the office to confirm your appointment.

Love Dr. Bryan! Listens to everything I said. Asks as many questions as needed to get to the bottom of my issue. I do not live in Miami anymore and she is the only thing I miss about Miami. I wish I could bring her to Texas lol.

Dr. Bryan is a great personable physician and she engages the patient with courtesy and genuine concern for their overall well being. I've followed her to what is now her third location. She not only is my primary doctor but also that of my two daughters who have been her patients from their preteens to now what is their professional careers. Dr. Bryan epitomizes professionalism and is very knowledgeable in her field as a medical doctor. I'm glad she is my doctor and I highly recommend her.
