Went in for the first time to find a new PCP. I hadn't been to the doctor in 5 years. I got the full panel of tests (some of which I had to pay out of pocket for items I didn't know I was receiving). Once I finally was able to log into the portal and see my results, I got no correspondence from the provider about my results or what the next steps could be to improve any ailments I later found out I had from my (now former) gynecologist .

I was able to schedule a tele-visit with Dr. Bassi within hours of calling the office to schedule an appointment. This was not my first experience with Dr. Bassi. All positive things to say about her care and dedication to her patients.

Dr bassi is a very kind and thorough doc she listens and explains very thotough she is ypur doctor and your advocate for uour healthcare. I love her and her staff. The best primary care doc ive had in a long while.

Dr. Bassi is awesome! She does her due diligence for her patients and will never send you home feeling like not enough has been done for a accurate diagnosis. Many doctors won’t opt for additional testing, examines etc. I would always rather be safe than sorry, She cares!

When you can get her attention the doctor is great! She has a habit of offering "Saturday appointments " which are made 3-4 weeks out then 5 days before you can expect a call saying she saw the forecast and is going out of town" it has happened 2/3 times. Next appt Oct 14 today is August 15!

Both my husband and myself see Dr. Bassi she goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything most of all excellent bedside manner. Highly recommended her.

Dr. BASSI is a very caring and she is very concerned about your health she is very thorough i love her myself and husband go to her as well as my sister and brother now. Great doctor and her assistant Polly is awesome she treats us as a friend .whenever we need anything she is there to help always. They both deserve recognition
