Dr. Anissa Durairaj, MD

She is good person but i dont have good experience I had c-section 3 years back by Dr.Durairaj and also family planning procedure was scheduled but she was unable to do that because of not finding some tubes regarding it and that time my procedure long last long time and later after 1 year i had very sharp pain on my scar and after analysis it is found that it was endometriosis 1 cm on scar tissue because of c-section some uterus tissue left outside it was not completely done properly and that was nightmare for me it hurts a lot at my periods and now in 2023 i had to do another surgery to remove that scar tissue. it was around 3 com size . it was so painful . Just if she had done my surgery properly i never had this . I never had endometriosis history i was health person . without my mistake i have to bear lot of pain .so please careful while choosing gynecologists.

Dr. D is the Best! She truly cares and it shows! I met her during my 1st pregnancy. She has great bedside manner and she made me feel so comfortable and heard. When my water broke she was the doctor on call. We ended up having to do a C-section and she handled us with care and explained everything before we went back for surgery. She actually stayed past her time to do the delivery. After baby boy was here she made a point to check on and congratulate my husband and I separately. It’s the small things she does that makes her different than any of the other doctors. She listens and offers advice, like she really cares what’s going on and I needed that at my post delivery checkup. Northside North Point is a wonderful practice, I’ve been coming here for years. Highly recommend her and the office!

Dr. Durairaj and her staff are top notch in care, responses to emails etc. I started going to her 8 years ago and she has offered the best care throughout my pregnancy, delivery and some minor stuff in between. She is very compassionate , understanding and calm. I am glad I found her 8 years ago.

Dr. Durairaj cares about your whole health, not just the gynecological aspect. She takes time to ask questions about your “whole being”. She listens and address any concerns. I’ve never left an appointment with any lingering questions or feeling rushed. She is the best doctor I’ve gone to “ever”. Too bad I can’t clone her to be my PCP.

Dr is amazing. She listens and always ask if you have any questions. She talks to me knowing I’m in pain during a procedure and one simple thing I love about her is she helped me up after my pap.. Simple stuff like that makes me aware she cares. Her staff/RN was very kind and comforting. they even joke knowing I’m nervous. I just love the doctor not just as a doctor but a person. The hour and drive for me is worth it hehe

Listens to you and addresses each concern/questions. Supporting and never let you down.

Dr. Durairaj is an awesome doctor. She listen to your concerns and is very knowledgeable. She genuinely care about her patients and it show in the care that she provides.

Dr. Durairaj is my OBGYN and she has cared for all my needs. She takes the time to listen to you and then works with you to find the best treatment for you. She never rushes me in my appointments and I know she really wants to know how I’m doing. When I was pregnant I was really sick and she was very emphatic and did everything she could to help me feel better. Then after delivering my baby I had complications and she cared for my case every step of the way. I’m very happy she is my doctor.

Dr. Durairaj spends time with me, answering all my questions. She projects calm and caring, while professional and personable. She always has useful advice and I have the utmost confidence in her care. It also helps that the office is well run.

The level of care and concern expressed from Dr. Durairaj about all aspects of my health is motivation for me to be my better version of me. Even when you don’t achieve all the expected goals before your next visit she will reiterate expectations with a smile. She listens to your concerns, inquires of you, advises you, and ends the visit with a smile.

Dr. Durairaj is wonderful. She listens and takes time to answer all of your questions. I can talk to her about anything. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Durairaj for almost 19 years now. I honestly believe that she is the most thorough Dr that I have. Her bedside manner is amazing, along with her knowledge and explanation of medicine. She was a lucky find for me all those years ago. I have never once considered changing. On a side note, Dr. Durairaj's nurses and staff are also great and make you feel at ease for your appt.

Dr. Durairaj is very thorough and patient, as well as very helpful, offering information & advice on general health issues. As a post-menopausal patient, I appreciate her attention to lifestyle issues that can improve my health & general well-being.

As long as she's not my delivering OB, I'll be okay . She wasn't really attentive and I felt like she was judging me for wanting to do a natural birth

She gives very good advice. I like it when she explains how my body/skin reacts. She does not recommend on any medications or procedures unless or until it's necessary

I have been going to Dr Durairaj for years. I have referred many friends to her and all think she is a good listener, compassionate person and knowledgeable physician

She is a wonderful doctor, very busy schedule. Just hard to get her appointment.

I have known Dr Durairaj for 12 years. She delivered my first baby and I have been with her ever since. She is highly knowledgeable and an amazing doctor! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
