Dr. Anita Chait, MD

DO NOT GO HERE!! I was in serious pain and was desperate to go to the doctor so I booked a last minute appointment with Dr Chait. She diagnosed me with a yeast infection and uti right in the room and then forced me to get a Pap smear when I was already feeling up extremely uncomfortable. She prescribed me medicine and sent me on my way. Then a few weeks later I started getting bills in the mail. Apparently Dr Chait decided to send out many, many samples to labs after my visit…you know, after she had already diagnosed me. To top it all off, they overcharged me for my appointment and will not give me a refund. Their office does not answer when you call. This experience has been beyond frustrating and I beg you not to go here. Dr Chait is an extremely negligent doctor and this office is a joke. You will end up with hidden fees and I can say that because this was the second time this has happened to me at this office.

Dr. Chait listens to her patients. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She could sense my anxiety prior to surgery. She explained everything that I would endure which helped me with my recovery.I would highly recommend her.I will give her a 5 star review. Not sure if using zoc-doctor is the best way to schedule an appointment but love this doctor and when I can speak with the staff, love them as well

She helped me identify that I have PCOs and worked with me to get the best birth control that worked with me.

I went to Dr. Chait in August of 2021 and her staff sent my blood work to the wrong lab and I ended up getting a bill for almost $1,000. I sent a certified letter to her asking her to pay it since it was her office’s error. I never received a reply and now I have to pay the entire bill. I suggest she hire more competent people to work for her. I won’t be going back

Avoid at all costs! If you want test results or your prescription then go to another doctor! Horrible office staff but they blame the doctor (their boss, lol, no loyalty there) so who knows and it really doesn't matter, they don't follow through and they do not care about their patients! The answering machine AND you will definitely be using the machine (since they are barely open) is always full, no doubt other patients with problems they won't fix. Takes days for a return call but then they say they will fix it but never do. My mail order pharmacy asked for pre-authorization, a simple phone call, but it's been over a month and they won't complete the prescription. Why? Uncaring practice, go to a clinic and you will get better care.

38 days after my appointment & I still haven't gotten them to call in my prescription for my hormone replacement! I finally got my pap smear results after a month & a volley of phone tag messages trying to get them to call me....honestly the office is barely ever open & the answering machine mailbox is always full (no doubt other patients trying to get their results or prescriptions!) it takes a week for a return call then they blame the doctor for the problem & say they will fix it & call back but they don't! It's a simple prescription!?!?! I have to use mail order due to my plan so it's not like I can just go there & wait to be handed a prescription. Why can't or WON'T they do their jobs? Meanwhile I've been without estrogen for over a month suffering with hot flashes in the summer heat. Uncaring practice, avoid at all cost!

The doctor was rushing through the whole appointment. My wife wanted to ask some questions and the doctor didn't give her time to speak. The nurse that was drawing blood used very rude language and treated us like we were little kids. When we called to find out if we can pick-up a copy of the blood work results, the receptionist basically told my wife that she will have to wait till doctor calls her. We are going to go back to Dr. Kiran Joshi in Hackensack because at least they treat us like human beings an speak to us with respect.

She took her time and did an excellent job with delivering my little girl via c section. She made sure I was well during hospital stay and issues stat on tests. Her and her mom both came and visited my daughter during hospital stay.
