Horrible DR. ANITA LUI DO was extremeley rude, disgusting, arrogant and intimidating! Not only did she yell at me in front of other staff and downplay my symptoms but when I called her out on her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior she proceeded to do the same thing yet again and then flashed her ID card in my face so that I could read her name!! outrageous she also proceeded to say she was the “suprivising doctor” and nobody was above her at that point in time that she was the “BOSS” of the moment! I will be making a written complaint to the New York State Department of Professional Medical Conduct asap and I hope they cancel her liscence and throw her out before she mistreats anymore sick patients! NYPQ you failed as a hospital hiring such incompetent staff :(

Dr Liu treated me at NY Presbyterian ER on the evening of July 10th for abdominal pain. She showed true concern and was very inquisitive and as to the cause of my symptoms. She was very polite and professional, and teased me about bringing a sleep mask to the ER.
