Thank you and my apologies
I have nothing but praise for Dr. Anita Rao, a pain management doctor at Lakeshore Bone & Joint in Chesterton, and her entire staff. She had the perfect approach during her thorough and thoughtful consultation with me today before performing an epidural steroid injection in my lower back, guided by an X-ray under local anesthetic. We casually chatted about artificial intelligence in the workplace, the ridiculously high cost for toll roads, her job as a pain management specialist, and my job as a professional listener. Anita was the perfect cocktail of personal, professional and technical throughout my entire appointment, and her staff reflected the same traits although I was just another patient during their long, busy day. I would highly recommend their office to anyone seeking pain relief.(Unfortunately for her and her female assistant in the medical room, they both got a glimpse a bit lower than my lower back during the procedure. My apologies after the fact. )
