I wouldn’t recommend this doctor. When we met with her, she didn’t let me finish talking. She acts condescending and wanted to do a procedure that wouldn’t be covered by my insurance just so she could upsell me for her profit. She was difficult to like. Also the fact that her face looks overdone with fillers and fake was off putting. I ended up having a different surgeon do a much better job.

I've seen 10+ well known plastic surgeons who specialize in rhinoplasty & indicated my nose required a complex surgery. At my 1st visit, I knew she was the surgeon I would choose. She is thorough, transparent, takes the proper time to answer all your questions/concerns, made a stressful situation very pleasant. Had surgery today, it went great, she followed up after hours w/ genuine concern more than once. She has my 100% trust, which is very hard to earn. I highly recommend her! Great team too!

I loved my consultation with Dr Sethna However, her surgery scheduler doesn't return calls. I left messages for 4 days to get available dates. I had receptionist track her down. When I wanted to pay my downpayment my husband left message & I emailed her. For 4 days I left messages. 2 weeks later I tracked her down. It shouldn't be this hard to make appointment for $20k surgery. I asked Dr Sethna's nurse to have Sethna call me. She didn't call back. I went to another surgeon.

My experience with Dr Sethna started out to be exciting. My insurance paid for this rhinoplasty because of damage to my nasal bone, and ended up with a deviated septum. I had my surgery at Grady Hospital. Dr Sethna didn't really ask me questions about how my nose appeared after a first rhinoplasty in 1995. I remember her telling me it still wont be perfect. My results are good but I really wanted my nose to appear as it did after my rhinoplasty in 1995. I am somedays happy and somedays not.
