My first impression was that Dr. Walton was close to retirement; that she had short-timers and just wanted my appointment to be over with. It felt like she was learning from me rather than imparting information to me. She dropped me as a patient just before I could replace her as my PCP. That worked out well.

Absolutely no faith in Dr Walton. She did not listen to my concerns nor did she provide a diagnosis. I had an infection in my body and she at the very least should have prescribed me antibiotics. Instead, she said this is a result of covid. I ended up in the ER extremely sick. Luckily, the ER gave me the care I needed.

1st Telehealth visit with her. She was late, rude, and didn't answer any of my questions. Pointless visit. Changed PCP immediately.

Worst Doctor Ever. Did not answer any of my concerns nor help me with any of my problems. I asked for a simple referral to an ENT she couldn't even help me with that. Just kept on pushing drugs that I don't need were they in the past have not worked as I had told her multiple times over and she still kept pushing it

I need comprehensive bloodwork/diagnostics to understand why I can't stay awake post-head injury. The blood tests ordered were by no means comprehensive and I am still struggling to maintain sustenance living.

I have seen her only once but have talked to her via phone for a follow-up appt. So far she is an amazing dr. And i have had 4 different dr. I have had Kaiser ever since I was little.

Waiting an hour to be seen when I had an appointment, before a rude nurse came out to tell me it would be a while longer. I left.
