My daughter and I both went to Dr. Yeager-Smith for three years. We had a good experience with the doctor, but the office staff repeatedly referred my daughter to the wrong specialist and then tried to convince her that it was somehow her fault they kept referring her to a different doc than the one Dr. Yeager told her to see. And the receptionist was so rude to both of us on multiple occasions that we are now both looking for a different doctor. Also, it’s nearly impossible to get through on the phone to schedule appointments or request med refills, and it really doesn’t matter how good a doctor is if the office staff makes it impossible to get what you need.

Dr. Yeager is very caring and spends time with her patients. However, beware of the receptionist, she can be quite mean. (The reason I gave only 4 stars.)

The review is mostly split in two. As far as the Dr goes, she has been very good. What offsets this, is the office personnel. They have been horrible at times. Unreachable, rude, frustrating, almost seems as if they don't like their job. Dealing with the office staff has offset how good the Dr is. I would recommend looking around for another option if there is one for you.

We are new to the area and wanted to establish a pcp. We called multiple times over three days and were told that the office manager would call back to set up an appointment later that day. We then attempted to call several times the next day (with no answer) and even left a message with no return phone call. We have chosen another pcp who was easy to reach and schedule an initial appointment with. A patient should be able to contact their care provider much more easily!

Dr. Yeager is AWESOME. She came highly recommended to me and so far, I am thrilled. The RN that came in while I was there was so nice! I do have to say (and I will address this with her during my next visit)...the receptionist/office manager is SO rude. I called to ask a simple question...she was very defensive when asked a question and very abrupt. I normally just let things go but this bothered me. I really hope that my dealings with her are limited or I will need to go elsewhere

I DO NOT recommend Dr. Yeager! I had a family member that had to find a new doctor because their doctor pass away suddenly. This person had an appointment set up one month in advance, on the day of the appointment they were notified Dr. Yeager would not accept them! Now we have to start a new search for a family doctor.
