Dr. Grover is a very calming and gentle medical professional who was ultra prepared for my visit. For treatment considerations she includes your preferences in decisions, where appropriate, but she is gently emphatic in her medical best judgement . Never looked at a computer in my presence! Extremely knowledgeable and a kind sense of humor. I’m fortunate to have her on my health team.

Dr Grover is truly amazing. She cares about your total well being, and even though she is an incredible endocrinologist, she is extremely knowledgeable about all health issues. She actually listens and cares about you. I feel like I had a therapy session after our visits because she listens ( and follow ups) to all of my concerns. She is compassionate, empathetic and a brilliant physician. I travel from Brooklyn to see her because she is one of a kind : a healing angel.

I love Dr. Grover I have seen her twice now and would never change a very caring doctor and explains everything to you very caring and very compassionate doctor the best. So happy with her.

Doctor Grover is amazing but I don’t think she realizes how bad the service has become. Few of the receptionists are kind but as of lately I’ve had to micromanage for bare minimum care. I had a suspicious mass appear in an ultrasound and it took me messaging and calling multiple times over the span of a month just to get a script for a biopsy. And instead of the staff being helpful, they tell you as a patient to do everything yourself if you try to ask them to send some thing on your behalf you get the nastiest attitude. It’s very sad because Dr. Grover is an amazing physician, knowledgeable, and kind. I understand working with people is hard, but if the staff does not have the decency to have some basic human decency or respect, they should look for other jobs were they don’t have to talk to people.

I saw dr Grover for several years due to postpartum thyroiditis and hashimotos. She never ordered an ultrasound or noticed the nodule on my thyroid that - a few years later - had spread extensively through lymph nodes in my neck. Every surgeon I met with (4) said i undoubtedly had thyroid cancer at the time I was her patient. She did however spend a lot of time tut tutting at me any time I had to cancel an appt which - given I worked full time and had one and then two babies - was somewhat unavoidable. The fear of being shamed at appts for previous cancellations made me reluctant to make them at times.

When I found out my long time endocrinologist was retiring I was worried about finding a replacement. Someone recommended Dr. Grover to me citing her care for her patients as her best attribute. I scheduled her with the understanding that it may take 2 months to get an appointment, as she is highly sought as a physician. It did indeed take 2 months for an appointment and I had no issue waiting as I still had time with my current prescriptions and patient care. I received a call right before my appointment was coming up to find I was being pushed an additional 3 months due to a family emergency Dr. Grover was dealing with. I was understanding, but a bit nervous as it would put me close to running out of my medication. Now I was finally supposed to go to my appointment tomorrow, only to receive a call today saying that once again there was a family emergency and I would need to be pushed to February. I was in tears as this would mean running out of my prescriptions which are extremely important to my health. The only other option I was given was to see the nurse practitioner the day before Christmas Eve. I spent the rest of the day calling other doctors trying to get an appointment to no avail. Dr. Grover has compromised my health and safety. While I can appreciate that emergencies come up, it isn't acceptable to allow someone to run out of their medication. I should have been given an alternate appointment that would have provided my medication when it is needed. So much for "Do no harm."

Dr.Grover is the Best endocrinologist I ever had, From Florida to New Jersey there is no one better. She is very caring, Listens to every issue I my have & always has a solution for my Diabetes. I have spent 30-40 minutes going over reports with her. When blood is drawn she calls with results the next day or two. The six receptionist are easy to reach by phone, scheduling is simple, making, changing appointments are simple, & friendly. Dr. Grover does not do full exams for me, that’s what my Internal Medical doctor does, she Does go over that doctors labs, reports, recommendations and works with all my doctors. She does check my heart, lungs, breathing and more. My A1C has gone from 7.4 to 5.2 Dr.Grover also has seen me in the hospital at Hackensack Meridian Health and does in hospital visits. I Highly recommend this office, Staff & Dr. Anjali Grover in the Montclair Glen Ridge area or where ever you live. You Will be Happy you did. I Know I Am & Grateful.

My visit with Dr. Grover came after numerous visits with other Endocrinologists. I had my thyroid removed 6 yrs ago and have been struggling ever since. After just 3 visits with Dr. Grover I feel fantastic with my energy and overall health, also lost 30lbs!! Dr. Grover listens and validates and offers her professional opinion/diagnosis without talking down to you making you feel like it’s all in your head! She is so thorough each visit she recalls what you said in your past visit making you feel so important. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her!

Wouldn’t know because every time I call to make an appointment I’m left on hold for 30 min or more. When I call back same thing. That’s a bad start , many other doctors around with easier connections.

Dr. Grover is very knowledgeable. She is kind and caring. She goes the extra mile for her patients. I would highly recommend her.
