I used to see another doctor in the practice but his office always runs too far behind. Dr. Rao was easier to schedule with and very knowledgeable. I was confident with her plan to treat my serious heart condition.

She did not show much confidence in her recommendations, acting like she was questioning her own judgment. She ordered some tests and wrote a prescription but never said why.

We had to beg for the Tilt Table Test to be done (which was the only test that would diagnose), and when we did come back for the results she never explained to us what the results were, had a poor bedside manner, and didn't seem to know anything about the diagnosis she gave us and basically said I would outgrow the passing out and drops in blood pressure in 6 years or so. Other doctors have said this is not the case and meds have helped. Bad experience.
