Worst experience.
It was years ago but I still remember waiting for 1.5 hours in an exam room after a brutally long day of work, and when I went to bathroom a couple of times, the doctor was sitting in her office and working on her computer. I understand that she must have had some paperwork but unless you have another patient, making someone wait for that long was unprofessional and rude. She came in and started rushing through an exam like I was an afterthought, yet she offered me an Ob/Gyn exam - I declined. After her and another doctor like her, I lost my trust in doctors' professionalism for some time. She spent 5-10 min with me that I had to wait 1.5 hours for. How important was that paperwork?

She was mine and my Husbands Doctor for 19 + years was in shock when she left never met such a caring compassionate person she is truly missed still don’t have another pcp yet wish her well miss you Dr Ganatra

DR,Ganatra was my pcp for a few years she was great with me and my care, very loving and caring I miss her so much my visit to the doctors now not the same, without her

Have been going to Dr. Ganatra for a few years now. I feel she is caring and attentive to patient's medical concerns and makes appropriate referrals as needed. She remembers some non-medical details from earlier visits, and I appreciate that she takes the time to get to know the patients.
