I have been seeing Dr. Mahajan as my PCP for three years. She does take time and listens well but does not actually treat many issues. I have had some pointless referrals that sour my overall opinion.

She is not experienced, and very rude. She tends to through you a referral instead of listening to you. She also doesn't review your blood work carefuly, and doesn't review on time. you can never be able to talk to her on the phone to go over your test results, she have her assistants (who is not capable to answer any medical questions) and have you go run around. Oh and she forget to order some of blood work hence, you need to return to the lab again. the group health itself is efficient tho.

I find her to be very efficient, and understanding, great personality. She answers all of my questions and she seems concerned about my health and will bring up suggestions that I find very helpful. I like her.

The doctor herself was good, but when I needed a refill on prescription it was never completed. I personally could never get the doctor or staff to return my phone calls. If I have a problem and need to speak with my doctor I want to feel assure he/she will call me back, and I was very disappointed on the way this was handled.
