Do not go to this doctor if you are a woman
Not only was dr. Jindal 20 minutes to the appointment (first of the day), he was condescending, did not listen, and refused to acknowledge any of my issues. He said there was nothing wrong with me that he cared about and consistently accused me of lying about my symptoms that had got me referred to him. I’ve been so dozens of doctors that were indifferent towards their patients, but none that genuinely couldn’t have cared less. At points in the visit he would only speak to my boyfriend because he didn’t trust me to know my own body. He showed me 0 respect.

Rude
I have a thyroid disorder and I was asking questions about why I still have all the symptoms and no relief even with medication. Dr Jindal accused me immediately of trying to use the medication prescribed to lose weight.

My visit here was wonderful. He was very kind and took his time to listen to me. His staff was very polite and never failed to make me feel like a priority to them. Wait time was little to none. I highly recommend Dr. Jindal.

Communication is awful! Never responds to portal messages and when you leave messages with nursing staff they do not call back either. They are booked out for months and so when so the need for communication is important. He is dismissive to your concerns and doesn’t like when you research or are educated and knowledgeable on your condition. Acts like you are wrong when clearly the research from scholarly articles proof otherwise

Choose other clinic if you have a choice
My experience with Dr Jindal and office stuff was not great. I was told to get call for the blood result and never got one, so I called and left massage twice and waited for 3 days. No good communication. Dr Jindal seems like he is in rush and tries to finish the consultation as soon as possible. I am looking for another specialist. I don't recommend this clinic at all.

My experience with Dr. Jindal is that he is not someone who cares about his patients. At worst, he is arrogant and condescending. At best, he is indifferent. He does not take the time to understand your medical history and conditions. He draws quick conclusions about you and your health issues based on assumptions and stereotypes. He will ask you little to no questions to get to the bottom of your problems. His explanation and reviews of your labs, exams, etc are scattered and incomplete. He may answer your questions but will do so dismissively and without any consideration for your concerns.

Dr. Jindal seems to be a fine physician (I've seen him twice). Today I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and waited 1 hr. 20 mins. for a 5 minute consultation. Dr. Jindal did not express concern for the long wait.

My oncologist referred me to Jindal about 10 mths ago Nov 2019. He is young and very friendly. Some of his staff are not happy and do not want to be at work. I was prescribed a very affordable pill for my just diagnosed type2. After 30 days I returned to Jindall and he prescribed a very expensive pill with out advising me of the cost $600 per month!!! 60 days later he prescribes a small tablet ...for triglycerides... in short, he had me taking $800 per month in pills and my A1C was still around 8... Then Covid19 hits and I had a scheduled apt in May and they called to cancel or charge me $50 to talk on the phone with Jindal... I wasn't about to pay $50 for office visit and not have office visit... his staff advised it was my BCBS requiring the$50 co-pay... I advised that was incorrect and please quit telling patients that lie... what I pay the Dr is between me and the doctor, not BCBS. Then they made and apt for June and then cancelled it due to covid... asked me to pay $50 for phone.

First of all, he is not friendly. He sent me for blood tests often, and did not relay all that was found from my tests. He changed my medications that worked, to those that does absolutely nothing for my condition. I can literally write a book about him. He shouldn’t be practicing. He came in the room, spent 10 minutes talking to me and that was it. My blood pressure was 143/82 and he didn’t address that. I wouldn’t send a dead fly to him. This is truly sad, but this is it for me. I will NOT be going back to him. I pray for others that are under his care.????????????

Long time Graves Disease patient previously managed thru family doctor. When it got complicated I was sent to Dr. Jindal. They have been wonderful. When I got very complicated they actually called me in the day after a blood test to address the situation. I was seen promptly (on a Friday) and left knowing my options and treatment plan. Very pleased with my experience.

If you need someone to tell you your numbers and stare at you, this is your man. He offers no motivation, no encouragement and no "what's coming in diabetes research". I guess those are somethings I need from my Endo. My husband is also a patient but is there for thyroid issues. My husband is begging for help, but gets none from this Dr. Twice he has told him it was just him aging. Ugh!

If you have an autoimmune thyroid disorder, and you're freezing and exhausted all the time, he'll tell you that it's a coincidence, and you're not motivated enough. He won't help you. If you come back with test results that explain why you feel so awful, he will brush you aside, and tell you that, "Everyone will find something wrong if you do enough tests. Again, he won't help you. I do agree with other comments that he does not care about his patients.
