Doctor is rarely in office so you get a NP instead. Super long time to get appointments. Rarely spend more than 2 minutes with patients

Took four months to get in for appointment. She spent 3 minutes with me during the appointment with her back turned to me while she was on computer. She never examined me and was rude and very condescending. Her staff and nurses are just as bad. I was in horrible pain since January. She dismissed my health, pain and concerns and scolded me saying there was nothing wrong with me and she couldn’t do anything for me, even though my entire skeletal CT scan showed chronic inflammation in joints. I have never been treated and spoken to in such a horribly mean and uncaring fashion. Do not go to this doctor.

This is not a good place to go if you are in pain and uncertain about your health. They never all you for test results and the Dr. is always in a rush. She is not sympathetic to one's pain or concerns. Everything about this place is nonchalant.

Extremely dissatisfied with the care I received in this office. Dr. Aleman spoke to me for less than 5 minutes. She started out the visit with “why were these labs ordered?” in a rude tone. Didn’t even explain to me what she was looking for or what my referral labs meant, just quickly put in lab and imaging orders. I’m expecting a hefty bill for these labs since they were drawn in-office. Co-pay was extremely high for less than 10 minutes of service. I would not recommend coming here. Only good thing was a single friendly nurse.

The first time I went in I was in horrible pain and brand new to Rh. Arthritis. They ran test and then sent me home as they said I needed to see Dr. Aleman, but not on the first visit. A week later I just could not stand the pain any longer and called to see if I could at least get some kind of pain pills. Whomever it was that answered the call said they could not do that without my seeing the Dr. and even after I all but begged she said that no she could not help me. I ended up going to the emergency room and of course that cost more money. They also told me that when I needed refills on the meds I would need to do it on my appointment because they did not refill meds on the phone! If you're looking for a Doctor and staff who actually cares about you as their patient, look elsewhere.

THIS PRACTICE WILL MILK YOUR INSURANCE UNNECESSARILY!!!!! I explained multiple times that although I have Blue Cross Blue Sheild I cannot afford the co-pay just to come in and hear that I had an "all clear" on my blood tests. Most doctors will understand and respect patients time and money and give them a call rather than making them come in and miss work to be handed a sheet of paper. This is why ins premiums are so high. Front Desk staff only said "bye" in response to my concerns.

I guess after 30 years of practice a person gets burn out. This office failed to make two referrals, one ending in costing me out of pocket expenses. Twice I had to go to an urgent care clinic as I was under treated in this office. There are many other issues, I won't get into. I did inform my insurance company that I don't think this office should be in their network.

Very capable and caring doctor

Very bad experience. She will refuse to see her patients for a follow up after they've been in an auto accident.

Not very good. Does not have a good bedside manner. I'm a young mostly healthy female and I tried to tell her my concerns and was basically blown off. I was 'laughed' at and told to not think about it and it will go away ... Yeah sure. Most of the staff was nice. I wouldn't recommend this doctor.
