We had to file a complaint on Dr. Arrigo's unprofessional practice.

Dr. Anne Arrigo delivered both of my children and they are 15 and 8 years old. I can't say enough about her level of care, concern and knowledge. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and always offers wonderful solutions for my care. I still see her for my yearly OBGYN exams. It is always a treat to see her and Kelly they are both the best. The wait times can be long, however there may not always be control of over that, since she still delivers babies and that can happen at anytime. As long as Anne is in business, I will be a patient. Her level of care is outstanding.

I had my first baby with Dr Arrigo. Around 12w, I got some concerning test results. Dr. Arrigo was available for me to call and cry/vent during these early days. Eventually everything turned out just fine, but I really appreciated her. my birth was crazy but she was great when performing the C section. I overall loved her and Kelly and I’m sad to move away :( Yes, there are often delays, but I don’t know how they aren’t MORE delayed since she’s an on-call OBGYN delivering babies at unexpected times. It’s the nature of the practice!!!

The staff is very nice and easy to talk to, however, this office is very disorganized. I’ve been there a handful of times and nothing is automated - the giant wall of medical files is something to ponder while waiting though. There are no reminder emails/texts for appts and each time I have to wait a long period of time in the waiting room and in the patient room. I also have to call them to receive any of my results. For example, I waited over two weeks to hear about my ultrasound results and finally had to call them. Come to find out there was no communication between the gyno office and the imaging center I went to. A few days later I login to my Telehealth appt to get my results and I wait 1 hour and 20 min past my appt time just to hear everything was fine. I’ve also had blood results never come back, and they neglected to call me to let me know that I need to come back in. I had to call and find out that I needed to come in to re-test.

Dr. Arrigo is a delightful human being who provides thorough information, timely responses and genuinely cares about her patients. She and her great staff have always made annual check-ups a breeze. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this office in any way. I started coming here about 5 years ago for general yearly examinations and felt neutral about my experiences because I was only there for the bare minimum. Things really started to come to light when my husband and I became pregnant earlier this year. The only person who is even close to being professional is Kelly, who seems overwhelmed 99% of the time. I can’t even speak to Dr. Arrigo’s work, because I was never even scheduled with her, because apparently she only works on certain days but no one tells you that. The man who works at the front desk seems to be on a serious power trip. I’ve never received quality explanations for tests being done prior to being administered, and I truly felt like a number in this office. The true kicker is today, when I’m set to see a new provider for the remainder of my pregnancy, I get a call that my records from this office were never actually faxed to my new dr for review. This place is a joke.

I love Dr Arrigo. She is probably the best and most caring physician I've ever been cared for by. I'd say my only concern is the usual long wait times in the office, but since she is delivering babies and takes time with every patient, it is to be expected. I usually just try to get the first morning appointment, or else call an hour or so before my appointment time to see when I should arrive. I wouldn't tolerate this with any other doctors office, but Dr. Arrigo and her staff are worth it!

I have been a patient of Dr. Arrigo's for 12 yrs. She is an excellent dr. with a fabulous bedside manner. The 1 star reviews about running behind schedule, but it is for good reason. She is a solo-doc, so she runs between the hospital & her office. Every single visit she is attentive & supportive. If she runs behind bc she gives unparalleled attention to each patient, then I'll take it. Word of advice, call ahead of your appt and see where she is in her schedule. It helps immensely.

I WOULD NOT recommend going here. I went for my yearly- she requested additional tests. Of the additional test- I asked all the questions around out of pocket costs (because I do not have great insurance) - I told them I wanted to pay my costs in full. I paid around $200 day of and got hit with a $300 bill after the fact. Including extra tests & retest, when the Dr. told me nothing about this. They said 'sorry' & I ended up having to pay. So if you want trust & transparency, don't go here!

Best medical professional experience I’ve had. Dr. Arrigo and her group absolutely care about each patient and are true professionals. Dr. Arrigo is the only OB in the practice and sees each patient and delivers every baby which is rare in this day and age. Best bedside manner during every visit throughout my pregnancy and was a total professional during my c section. Many recovery nurses at the hospital go to her and would refer her which says a lot about her and her practice.

Like the previous reviews, it is extremely rare for the office to run on time. The front desk needs basic training in time management and organization. The past 3 times I’ve waited 60-90 minutes. It does not matter if you ask the male at the front desk for an time estimate so you can reschedule your appointment. The receptionist is extremely unhelpful and rude which reflects poorly on Dr. Arrigo’s practice.

RN and Dr.'s are very nice and seem to care about their patients. I've been a patient for about four years. Unfortunately their front desk needs to work on customer service. I was very surprised about the lack of professionalism and may now change doctors because of this. This has been a recent change and I hope they can remember they are still in the customer service business. Hope they can get through this.

Excellent and thoughtful doctor. However, it's exceptionally rare for this office to be running on time with their appointments. I made a suggestion that if the doctor is called in for surgery that the front desk call the remaining patients scheduled for the day, and either ask them to come in later or give them the option of rescheduling rather than waiting for what sometimes can be more than 2 hours. Advice: Call in advance to see if the doc is running on time that day; virtual check-in

Ann Arrigo is an amazing doctor and really does a great job taking care of you! However, the wait to see her is absolutely rediculous! No matter how early I show up to my appointment or on time, it takes a minimum of an hour to even get to the room, and than another 20-30 mintues! If you have all day to waste than great, if not it's very slow!

My wife was taken on as a patient and everything went great for 5 months. That's when we started to be told we were delinquent on payments and late fees would be applied. We had never once received a bill from them and they even confirmed this fact. When we called billing to sort things out, we were greeted with rude, unprofessional behavior. We found out later that they had dropped my wife as a client without even telling her, and refused to give a reason when we finally found out.

The office is always behind on time. I made the first appointment of the day on my last appointment and they were still late. They have no sense of urgency to get anyone in... even if it IS an emergency. Mine was just a check up and still took longer than necessary. I've called and left messages and get no response. I really want to switch to a doctor that has appreciation of your time and follows through with voicemails.
