I saw Dr. Burelbach in the ER. I was having chest pains and thought I might be having a heart attack. After that was ruled out she came in and spoke to me about the band of nerves around my chest and how if I may be fighting an infection like shingles those nerves surrounding my chest wall might make me think it was my heart. She suggested that I start on something for shingles to get ahead of it but being the dummy that I was I thought I’d wait and see. Well, I wished I’d listened to her expertise! I broke out in the rash that night and it stretches from the middle of my chest all the way around to the center of my back. I really appreciated that she didn’t say “Not your heart” and end it there. Because of her, the moment the first spot appeared I called right in to my primary care doctor and got some help. The steroid she suggested I get on, my doctor didn’t even mention until I told him she had suggested it and it is the only thing making this not so intense.

She was horrible. Worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. She was very rude and even before seeing the X-Ray she said that my husband had nothing wrong, when he can't even bare weight on his foot. Once the X-Ray was done processing she wouldn't even go over it with us or so us, she sent a nurse in with the discharge papers. When we asked to see her to go over the X-Ray she brought back up into the room and treated us with the most direspect. She basically thinks he was faking.

After going to the emergency room and paying $100 out of pocket. She basically thought I was lying and faking, as if I want to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night and spend $100 she was unprofessional and completely ignorant and treated me with nothing but disrespect from the start. Unemploy this woman. She should not be in the medical field.

She was rude and very dismissive. Accused me of faking injury. Went to family doctor the next day and found out my shoulder was dislocated.
