My first appointment with Dr. Liebold was my annual skin check. I found her to be very warm, knowledgeable and easy to approach with questions. I have to mention that she was very thorough in her exam of my skin and I appreciated her openness with some possible skin issues. I feel like I'm in good hands!

I was sent a detailed notice before arriving about their covid safety protocol. It was a relief to see how strict it was. I would wait in the car until my time, etc. When I arrived I found a waiting room 3/4 full, with no real social-distancing in place. When I was asked to fill out a form, I asked where I could sit. They pointed to an open chair right next to another patient. (Chairs were all next to one another. In the whole room I saw 1-one sign on a chair to indicate social distancing. One.) I said, I don't believe that's 6 feet apart, do you? She didn't seem to care. I went out into the hall to fill it out on the floor. I returned and found a seat away from others until another patient came in and sat right next to me. The front desk seemed totally oblivious to any possible issue. I waited in the hall, trying to avoid others that were doing the same. If they aren't taking their own covid safety rules seriously, how well do they keep other safety and sanitizing rules?

I have problems with basal and squamous skin cancer. Dr Leibold has been great in helping me prevent further outbreaks. She has been proactive with screenings and treatments. I am so thankful for her caring and professionalism.

She is very good, thus have to wait for an appointment.
