Ann McDonald provided no visibility for the family for my mothers condition. Dr McDonald’s office failed to provide us a response as to whether or not we were on her HIPAA list. Phone calls and letters went unanswered as my mothers condition deteriorated. Her insurance was billed for full session while she spent an average of 5-10 minutes in session with my mother with an incredibly serious medical condition. She has since deteriorated and ruined her quality of life with her family relationship. She took her off her medication without any notice to the family. Due to this deterioration of her condition she has scarred her children, husband and terrorized her grandchildren. Do NOT trust this incompetent individual with your family members. From My observation Dr McDonald only exists at this facility to collect dust and an unearned paycheck.

She is a great psychiatrist. She explained my issues very well, she is excellent at understanding my problems and she signed paperwork that I've waited 6 years for that my previous psychiatrist didn't sign. She is the first psychiatrist who sees me as a human being and not a human check.

Attended an appointment with my spouse, who's been seeing Dr. for 6 months, to inquire about the treatment, or lack there of, and was rudely left with no answers. Seeing a patient for 5 minutes every 8 weeks, is NOT treatment. As a loved one of a patient, I had questions concerning the lack of 1 on 1 visits, and ineffective medications she so easily prescribed, without a diagnosis. Our family is in crisis and her lack of compassion, diagnosis, and treatment, confirmed we will seek help elsewhere
