Dr. Anna Ansaldo, MD

I had an unfortunate accident and ended up in the MedStar ER. They were slammed; so busy that the hospital was rerouting ambulances to other nearby facilities. Thankfully, I was accepted and so grateful that Dr. Ansaldo was on duty because she was an absolute godsend. I needed 21stitches in my face, to close several jagged gashes, and Dr. Ansaldo did a fantastic job. She made sure I was comfortable and explained in detail everything she was doing. She took her time ensuring best possible placement and results and was just an angel from beginning to end. Being hurt is never fun, but people like Dr. Ansaldo, with her impeccable bedside manner, seriously make such an impact. My family and I will be forever grateful for her kindness and steady hands.

Dr. Anna Ansaldo does not deserve to be paid for her poor service she provided to me. Her office mailed me the same bill 3 times, that I sent back all 3 times asking to mail to my insurance claims. They NEVER sent the bill to my insurance, NEVER contacted me beyond the bills and then proceeded to sell the debt to a collector who wants to now report it on my credit. Neither she or her office are efficient at helping patients in need. She has made my life worse and has caused more mental healt
