Excellent Doctor and Nurse
I have been seeing Dr Frisch for many years. She is a great doctor who is easy to talk to. I have seen doctors over the years with awful nurses. Her nurse Ava is fantastic. When I call her for a prescription or help. She is always there.

Should get NO STARS!
She was great until she moved her office to a new location, then she brushed me away. Gave me a prescription and told me that my GP can handle it from now on. I guess I didn't fit in with her new location. SHAME on her!

Horrible and rude doesn’t deserve any stars
Diagnosed me with cushings from my high cortisol test then back tracked. I have an adrenal adenoma and something on my pituitary. Then did a 180 on me and said no. Has no clue what she is talking about with cushings or thyroid. I tried asking her questions and she grew her hands up in the air and said I’m not treating you anymore after trying to send me out of state to NIH. I told her I’m disabled and can’t travel. Clueless rude Dr. Dismisses patients like crazy. Stat far away from her. My dog gets treated better at his vet. She is the worst and doesn’t care about patients especially if you question her.. I was in the medical field and knew more than her. She claims she trained at Emory but doesn’t know anything about adrenals and pituitary.

Very bad experience with this ignorant woman
I was seeing this woman to help with my endocrine replacement therapy. She was very rude to me in person to my face, and so was most of her staff. She had bare minimal knowledge about intersex treatment. I am also a physician and have never been treated that rudely by any doctor in my life. She also had multiple different young doctors working under her each time I was there. They only lasted at her office for a short period of time before they moved on elsewhere. She also ordered an ultrasound of my thyroid gland at my expense when I had no reason to have my thyroid examined. She then sent me a letter stating she could no longer be my doctor and left me hanging with no physician. Her only recommendation in the certified letter she sent to me was to contact the Florida Medical Association for another physician. I will never visit her again and would strongly recommend you stay away from her. She was trained in Poland but had a diploma from Emory University in her waiting room.

Great Doctor
Dr. Frisch is the smartest doctor I have ever been to, she is patient and explains everything very well. She tells you how it is, not how you want it to be, that is perfect for me. She has helped me when no other doctor seemed to care at all. I would recommend her to anyone.

Changed my life
Dr. Frisch is exceptional. I was put on thyroid medication before seeing her five years ago, even though my thyroid numbers were fine. The previous Dr. had said I had symptoms of hypothyroidism so gave me this med that was incapacitating. She looked at my bloodwork and said I bet you have Celiac disease. She was right! I suffered my entire life until she diagnosed me. It has been life-changing. I will never go to another endocrinologist and would not switch to an insurance plan that does not include her. She is also extremely capable of doing nodule biopsies. I felt zero pain, unlike when I went to another practitioner before becoming her patient.

Very unprofessional. Took my co pay before I seen the doctor and then canceled my appointment. Once I called to see why this happened they needed up keeping me on the phone and never returning. I can’t express the disgust I feel! Horrible first experience! I want my money back and I Will report this company to the health department!!! YOUR OFFICE IS DISGUSTING! And full of rude employees Update: After never returning to the call which I was in hold for an hour! Someone calls me from the office to explain why they canceled my appointment.. even though while I was on hold for the doctor that’s when my payment was manually taken from the “verify lady” as she called herself. And I then asked her “is my appointment going to be affected by you calling me while I was in line waiting for the doctor?”. Her response was “no, you will be ok.” Next thing I knew my appointment was canceled. This Dr needs a better staff.

Dr. Anna Frisch saved my life!!!! I was given an overdose of testosterone (BioTE) from my prior gynecologist (Dr. Beth Freedland of Boca Raton) Dr. Frisch and Christina Baker took the time to speak with me, look at blood work and discuss our plan of how to repair my thyroid and remove the testosterone from my system. I felt that both Dr. Frisch and Christina Baker were both knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. I am so blessed to have found them or I may have been severely harmed worse than what I already was.

Kind, patient, and direct. They tell it how it is, they don’t try and sweet talk you, they are honest and want to help every step of the way. They take the time to answer all my questions and make sure I see and understand what’s going on and most importantly how to make it better. I could not thank them enough!!

From the moment you schedule an appt until you walk out the door, you will find a highly professional and caring Doctors office. I have been coming to Dr Frisch’s office for Hashimoto several years, I have my bloodwork drawn here, my dr follow up appts here as well as ultrasound of my thyroid here. Dr Frisch always takes her time, listens and truly wants to help heal her patients. She explains the bloodwork results, will show you your ultrasound images and explain patiently until you understand your condition, I highly recommend Dr Anna Frisch as a Doctor. Her office staff is friendly whether it be on the phone for appt or calling about a script. Or an insurance question. When any of her staff draw blood you can barely feel it, truly experts I highly recommend this doctors office!!! Happy healing!

Unprofessional behavior including cursing, rushed visits, and judgmental insults. Inconsistent. Says one thing and does another. She was not interested in a collaborative approach. She dropped me after only 2 visits with no explanation and only 30 days to establish a new doctor. Most new patient appointments for good specialists have at least a 2-3 month waiting period. She simply doesn’t care.

She spends as much time as is needed to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain what my blood work and trends shown by reports from my insulin pump. I don't know why some wrote that she runs in and out. She uses language I can understand and when I call her nurse, she calls me back in reasonable time with the doctor's recommendations. The portal also provides for quick and easy communication. I followed her from a prior practice Great Staff too!. The 2 people I referred also like her!!

Dr. Frisch is the bomb! I have been through it over the last 5 yrs, finally had my thyroid removed. No one ever told me why. I tried to contact the surgeon and finally went to hospital records dept. to get my data. This group is the first to tell me I had Hashimoto's Disease, the first to explain what went wrong and why. Dr. Frisch enjoys talking about her chosen field and expertise. I wanted to apologize for taking too much time and she said "No!". I drive 40 mins. to see her.

As a professional athlete with Type 1 diabetes. I have never trusted any physicians as much as I trust Dr. Frisch. Dr. Frisch has changed all of my medications, and I am now in the best health, with my diabetes the best controlled in my life. One of my NFL teammates referred me to Dr. Frisch, and I know many other athletes (NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA) who also see her. Dr. Frisch takes excellent care of me. I owe a lot to Dr. Frisch for changing my life!
