Dr. Anna Ignaczewska, MD

this doctor is very nice, knowledgeable, caring, and helpful, I was shocked at the type of care I received. After the first appointment, (only had 1 with her) my baby was not on my insurance yet because she was only 6 days old and it takes several weeks for a child to be added onto insurance. This shouldn’t have been an issue because all other pediatrician offices say they will wait a month to process the first bill (because they know insurance works this way). Instead, at Dr. Ignaczewska’s office, I was told I need to either pay out of pocket which would be $120 or they’d bill my insurance right away and because she isn’t on it, I’d be charged $160. We were told “we’ve been running this office for 20 years” this way.. I called her office in the morning. I was told the doctor would call me back to speak with me about what to do. Hours passed and she didn’t call Till after her last patient at 3. When I told her all these things she ignored me and said so you’re coming tomorrow?

Dr. Ignaczewski is amazing. I am so happy she was recommended to us when we had our newborn. I hope she plans to practice for a long time, because we plan on bringing our little one to her practice. She is thorough, explains everything well, and loves kids! Wait can be a pain, but I know why!

Dr. Anna was my brothers' and my doctor as kids for many years. I've seen her too many times to even estimate. By far 1 of the 2 best doctors I have ever known. She cares 100% about you & always goes well above & beyond her duties to serve her patients. I literally could not fit enough good things about her in this review. If your child needs a doctor & you're within even a 50 mile radius, go see her. There will never be more like her; although I hope I'm wrong on that. 5 stars across the board.
