New to the Haywood County healthcare system.
She let me know in no uncertain terms that she was overworked and resented me being assigned to her. I did not ask for her and now having met her I would not recommend her to anyone. She resented the fact that I had an unpleasant experience with Mercy Urgent Care and took it personally.. No compassion for the pain I had been experiencing. A most unpleasant person and experience. Have never met a 'physician' with her dismissive attitude. She said she had wanted to be a vet when younger. She should have done that.

I am in my mid-50s and I've never had a doctor be so condescending to me. She lectured me about wasting her time when I was asking her questions. I know they are short-staffed but the communication regarding test results was very poor. I gave her two chances and I will never go back.

Dr. Stratton is amazing! She really listens and talks back. She's encouraging and kind. It's nice to have a doctor who isn't buried in a laptop instead making eye contact. I am not one who visits doctors often because their bedside manner has all but disappeared these days. My last experience was a joke. But I needed to establish a family doctor so I went to her based on my sister's recommendation and I am just thrilled about it. She's a gem! The entire staff at this office was kind and courteous.

The best Dr I have ever had! Takes plenty of time to find any underlying issue or problem in lieu of just writing a script and sending you on your way. She has been my doctor for 12 years! I recommend all my friends to her. Her nursing assistants are awesome too! They get right back to you and make you feel like family.

I love Dr. Stratton! I find her to be very thorough and compassionate, I have never felt rushed and I feel she honestly cares about my health (mental and physical) and well being. I am so glad to be her patient and I would highly recommend her to those seeking a primary care physicians.. Dr. Stratton's assistant, Tanya, is second to none!

I find Dr. Stratton to be a very caring, straight forward Doctor. She is vey competent and discusses my health issues and writes down instructions or recommendations so I can take them with me. I felt my care as her patient is very important to her. Yes, I would highly rate Dr. Stratton as your family care physician.
