Dr. Morenkova is a doctor that has mastered the skill of professionalism, compassion, with an aura of calm. It is priceless combination that not many medical professionals have developed. Aiysah is a perfect nurse for her. She is kind, efficient and reflects Dr. M's values. I, personally, don't find the group reception concept very inviting. It often feels like the assistants' avoid eye contact hoping you will go to another person at the counter. It's not a welcoming entrance, at all. This appointment was our first at the new facility. The facility is beautiful but parking is confusing. My husband is in a wheelchair and I did not want to leave him, unattended, at the outside curb patient drop off. We went into the parking structure and then I was unsure how to get back to the medical facility. The workers, inside the garage, could not answer my questions. Luckily, a patient emerged from the elevator and instructed me. Some signs inside the structure giving some direction would have helped. I frequently wonder when new building are constructed- and everyone is so concerned with how they appear - if the goal of assisting patients, at all levels, is forgotten.

I sent Dr. Morenkova an email with a question when I found out I would need to have chemotherapy when diagnosed with cancer. She responded to me within a couple of hours and it made a huge difference to me and my piece of mind. She's great!
