Dr. Anna Soendker, MD

This was a referral visit. I found the office to be thorough but answered the same questions multiple times which was concerning. Dr. Soendker was thorough, had additional test done and gave me her ideas of possible reasons for my problem but wanted to get an additional opinion and test before she confirmed. Had me set up with referral within 24 hours. Called me back to let me know as I have had the problem for an extended period and wanted some resolution.

If I could give Dr. Soendker zero stars, I would. I had an appointment on October 26, 2023. I was on time and paid $250 upfront for the appointment and then sat and waited for her for AN HOUR AND A HALF. I left with a promise of having a pelvic floor therapist contact me. Around mid- November I received a surprise bill for an extra $100 and still no contact from the therapist. There was no description for the charge, so I called the billing department. Nobody could tell me what the charge was for. I left a message for the office manager on December 6. I called consistently after this and left messages with billing and the office manager, but didn’t actually get in touch with her until January. She was to talk to Dr. Soendker and get back to me the next business day. A week later I finally spoke with her and basically Dr. Soendker believed the level of care I received warranted the extra $100. At no point was I made aware of this. The receptionist said she is consistently late. AVOID.

Dr. Soendker is everything you want in a doctor: talented, compassionate, kind and great bedside manner. She is thorough and always makes sure all questions are answered.

Possibly the most thorough yearly wellness exam I have ever had. I was with my previous GYN over 30 years, and he was always in and out. Dr. Anna explained everything to me and gave me suggestions of things to do and avoid with a condition I have. I was worth the 20 min wait.

She is very kind and thorough. She answers all questions and does a lot of teaching. Very happy with the care she gives. Very nice office staff too!

I recently moved here and needed a new obgyn and I am so happy I chose Dr Soendker. I just went for my annual exam and she made me feel very comfortable and not rushed. She asked about my history and any concerns and took notes on everything.

I called for an appointment and was quickly accommodated. Great staff & pleasant office. Most importantly, Dr. Soendker is thorough, kind and great follow through. I highly recommend her.

I relocated to the area and did not know where to go. My mother's PMD mentioned Dr. Soendker. I am a nurse and have a high expectation regarding medical care. All my expectations were met. Dr. Soendker was easy to talk to, I felt she listened to me. Having a family history of breast cancer, I am closely followed with screening exams. Dr. Soendker was willing to take over the care I was receiving and order the additional screenings I get. This consolidation of healthcare will make things easier for me as well as offer me continuity of care. Other issues were addressed at the appointment and again, I felt her plan of care met my needs and was appropriate. I am glad I connected with this practice and feel comfortable with my choice. My only negative is their phone system. I have been put on hold and my call has not been picked up and then sent to a voicemail. That is frustrating.

Dr. Soendker was very professional, sweet and knowledgeable. She sat with me for quite some time and answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with her and appreciated that she didn't rush the appointment. Would definitely recommend her.

She was the worst! I couldn’t much understand her accent and she did nothing for me except make me pay a $300.00 bill
