Dr. Anna Stork-Fury, DO

I went to see Dr. Stork-Fury to try to establish a primary OB. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her day and dismissed the questions I had as my husband and I are trying to conceive. This was one of the first times I had seen an actual OB for a well women’s exam and it was not a good experience. The interaction was very uncomfortable and I left the appointment feeling insignificant.

Aweful, she's very dismissive, has no time for you, makes you feel like an inconvenience, seems like she's always in a bad mood, not polite, doesn't greet you or smile, doesn't allow you to ask questions or talk about your concerns I use to have respect and believe in her, I would recommend friends and family to her, as well they all were dissatisfied with her bed side manners. My own daughter would see her and my daughter is about done with med school and she said, I can't believe how dismissive she is and how she makes it very uncomfortable and unwelcoming she can be, she doesn't do anything for you, it's time to find a new gynecologist because she is NOT a very good one. She makes you feel intimidated just by her personality and to ask questions because she makes you feel like you don't know what you're talking about. You know your body better than anyone that's why you go to a doctor for help. I wouldn't ever recommend her to anyone again. It's sad to say but she's not a very good doctor. She wouldn't want to be treated like she treats or patients or have her children or family members to be treated the way she treats others. I'm just very disappointed, now I see why she went from a 5 star down.

I went to see Dr. Stork-Fury when my usual provider was out on maternity leave and my visit with her made me decide to leave the practice entirely. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her day. I had medical questions that she belittled me for asking. I believe she is a good doctor but her bedside manner is lacking. I would not recommend.

She completed 2 surgeries for ovarian cysts (endometriomas). She drained the cysts instead of removing them. Only when I went to an endometriosis specialist did I find out that she should have actually removed them. When I told her I had bloating with endometriosis, she said that was not a symptom. Again, once I talked to a specialist, I was told that bloating is one of the most common symptoms of endometriosis. If you have endometriosis, I would definitely not recommend her.

She was not kind, considerate, nor helpful. My experience with her was disheartening and traumatic.

Dr. Stork-Fury was awesome, She was at the hospital when I had complications with my first delivery (was seeing a different Dr. then) but when I saw her she remembered my case and was very attention to my concerns especially considering my past experience. never felt rushed and felt very reassured through major infertility challenges, miscarriage, and 2 healthy births.

College hill OB/Gyn is a terrible place. It was a terrible and below unsatisfactory experience. Don't waste your time and money in this terrible place. Dr. Anna Stork Fury is not caring about the patient. She doesn't put time and value for the patient. She doesn't communicate well with the patient. She is very neglectful.

Dr Anna Stork-Fury is very professional and straight to the point. She is so experienced in any concerns I brought up to her. She is straight to the point but will help with any concerns you have. I have confidence she will always provide the best care and treatment option for me. I was very nervous with my pregnancy since I miscarried 1 of my twins but she was always willing to answer any questions. She also was very calming and supportive during my delivery. I have also seen her for gyn issues and she has been the best at treating by condition! I had seen multiple gynecologists for this issue. I highly recommend her!

With held important information from my 6 weekd sono which lead to a trip to the er. Had wrong DD because between my 2 appointments never updated my information. Waited an hour for a 3 minute talk about my weight. Didnt listen when I said I don't take unnecessary medication for nauseous. Didnt follow up after my trip to the er. Couldn't leave this Dr or office fast enough. HORRIBLE bedside manner,lacks empathy and respect for patients.

Dr. Storkfury called me fat, told me I should consider weight loss surgery and that she could reccomend a good local surgeon. I am in for an adjustment to my HRT not a discussion about my weight. I left her office crying. I will never return or refer anyone to her. She has no bedside manner at all.

She’s always very kind and efficient and explains things in a way I understand. She’s great for pregnancy and for routine checkups. Also for those unexpected random things that come up from time to time with us women.... no matter how big or small she will find time to see you and figure out the issue with you. She also takes the time to answer any questions my husband has ever had so he feels comfortable too. In the 10 years I’ve been seeing her anytime I’ve had a real concern she has always gotten me in very quickly to address it and calm my fears. I have 2 sisters and a few friends that also see her and love her as much as I do. I would recommend her to anyone! She’s just great.

I have always been very uncomfortable going to a gynecologist. So much so, that it was 10 years since I last saw one. Needless to say, I was nervous when I went. When she first came into the room she introduced herself as Anna-instant comfort. She was gentle and explained everything as she went along. I was very comfortable talking with her and it was obvious she was listening. She addressed my concerns with sensitivity. To my surprise, I really like her and will never be apprehensive to see her again. Strong thumbs up!!

Dr. Stork-Fury is an excellent doctor. She is straight-forward and to the point but also friendly. She has helped me with a couple health complications and always reassured me. Her staff is also very friendly and kind.

She was so gentle, explained everything & was very patient with my concerns. Her work is great & bedside manner very tender.

My periods have always been irregular. I've had constant pain in my pelvic area and back for many years and even during sex it hurts extremely bad. This has been my experience since I was a teen. Ive brought it up to every doctor ive been to, but they all just want to shove me on birth control. There was one doctor that actually did a few things to help, but I couldn't get in to see them. So I ended up going to stork fury. Biggest mistake. I've been skinny and fat. I'm a little in between, and was when I went to see her. I felt like she started at my stomach the entire time and then it was suggested that I try a diet and exercise routine to help with my irregular periods and pain. If you're skinny, she'll probably help you find out what's going on. If your kinda chubby/thick/fat. I'd suggest not going to see her.

I did not find her cold, rude, dismissive or any of the negative things stated. I feel she is focused & deals with the issue at hand & doesn’t coddle people. Most of us are adults and need her for healthcare. That you get and I felt it was perfect. I like straight to the point, no BS care and I got that. I did feel she listened to me and I felt like I was able to make decisions for myself. She felt my decisions were reasonable and safe, if they weren’t. She would have told me. Perfect!!!

Dr. Stork-Fury treated me like trash, ignored informed consent, and put me in danger with her negligent "care." She was dismissive of my pain and didn't even look at my medical chart, because she assumed that I had children, and I don't. She removed my birth control without telling me of the side effects (the hormone drop made me suicidal and police have documented this), didn't use lube on the speculum. She spent 3 minutes in the office with me, humiliated me, and violated my trust as a patient

What happen why I am here. Friday the day after surgery could not get my pain under control so had my dad take me to the ER brought pills with me had 19 out of 30 left told ER this. She did a ct and iv pain meds.and told me to call surgeon right way and see what she wanted to do. Called and talked to nurse she changed my appointment to Mon and said if I don't make it on the meds I have go back to ER. Still had a lot of pain all weekend. So Sun comes and I am down to my last Percocet but have be

From all of these reviews it seems she treats patients based on what mood she's in that day, and it seems that she's had some ROUGH days. She is rude, dismissive, rushes everything and makes you feel like you're a burden on her for being there. She had the absolute WORST bedside manor I've ever experienced. do NOT recommend

Overall: horrible patient care, denies access to records. I was a new patient and Dr. Stork-Fury spent maybe two minutes with me, and barely examined me. Basically just took a quick look, no real examination (including uterus/breasts). They did not ask any questions about current health or sexual activity/history. I had to ask for STD testing, which has been standard anywhere I have gone, and was therefore charged $166. I then called to get a hard copy of my tests results, which they will not
