Dr. Joy is amazing. That's the only reason I returned to BSW. I last saw a nurse practitioner who emailed me a list of questions. I answered the questions as requested. Because some of the questions that I answered were not pertaining to my yearly well woman visit I was charged a fee for answering them. After months of fighting over the charges I chose to pay, but was not going to return. Dr. Joy is such a treasure. I'll continue to go as long as she is there.

Dr. Joy is an exceptional doctor. She cares whole heartedly of her patients. I just love how she listens to what I have to say and gives awesome feedback and medical care. She is never judgemental and always gives 100% to her patients.
