My mom was a regular patient as of years with her until recently when she had to change because of geographic proximity. The new doctor said that the prescriptions/guidance she was following were not appropriate and she was now partially blind in one eye as a result of only using the eye drops every other day instead of the everyday which was what should have been done for her eyes. The damage is irreversible! Hopefully further damage will be avoided with the correct dosage regime. This doctor is a big name in her field, but she is more concerned with her image than with proper conscientious care. Thankfully my mom left because of geographic proximity problems to the new doctor who got her eye care adjusted and corrected. It is criminal what was done. How it is that she was on every other day dosage when the actual dosage regime for this eye care is everyday is beyond me. Careless is not strong enough a word.
